Chief Executive Officer
Mark is the Chief Executive Officer of Arrowhead Properties Limited and an executive director of Indluplace Properties Limited, both of which are listed on the JSE. He was previously managing director of Aengus Property Holdings, which pioneered up-market student accommodation in South Africa.

Junaid's career as a chartered accountant spans 20 years, commencing at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Durban. He spent two years in the United Kingdom and was employed by IBM South Africa's IT outsourcing division upon his return. He joined the South African Revenue Service ("SARS") in 2003 as a tax auditor and held various positions within the organisation until being appointed as executive of the investigative audit division responsible for large business. He held this position until joining Gemgrow in January 2017. While at SARS he was also involved in the redesign of the operating model of the former SARS large business centre and project managed the implementation of that model. Junaid most recently represented SARS as a board member on IRBA's committee for auditing standards.
Alon Kirkel

Alon completed a BCom majoring in accounting and human resources at the University of the Witwatersrand. He has worked in the diamond industry for the former Steinmetz group, now Diacore, for the past 15 years. His role included purchasing and analysing high quality investment diamonds for the group. Alon has also been successful in purchasing neglected commercial and industrial buildings and turning them into quality, high-yielding assets.

Gregory served articles at PricewaterhouseCoopers and qualified as a chartered accountant in December 1997. In 1998, he founded his own private equity business, investing across a diverse range of industries and was soon appointed CEO of McCarthy Bank Limited. Between 2005 and 2013, he was CEO and President of Tau Capital Corp., a mining and resources business that founded, developed, managed and raised in excess of US$300m for a number of major mining projects, including CIC Energy Corp. (which he founded and was President of), AfriOre Limited, and Talon Metals Corp. (where he remains on the board of directors). In 2013, Gregory formed Innovo Capital Proprietary Ltd to pursue private equity opportunities. In October 2014, he entered into a partnership with the Genesis Capital Group to form Genesis Innovo Capital Proprietary Ltd. Gregory is the lead independent director of Indluplace Properties Limited.
Clifford Abrams

Clifford is a chartered accountant and has been in private practice for the past 15 years. He is the proprietor of Clifford Abrams & Associates. He has held various communal positions and is a board member of Bnei Akiva Foundation (Youth Movement). Clifford is an independent non-executive director of Indluplace Properties Limited.
Arnold Basserabie

After Arnold graduated from the University of the Witwatersrand he was employed by Fedsure Financial Services Group, where he later became Group Chief Executive from 1988 until 2001. During his tenure, the Group's asset base experienced about 25% compound annual growth to approximately R40 billion. During the 1990s, he contributed to the formation and development of a number of emerging businesses in South Africa. In the early 2000s, he began practising as a strategic business consultant, focusing on strategy and business development, mergers and acquisitions, and related activities spanning a diverse range of industries including: financial services, risk management, property development, manufacturing and distribution, and the aircraft industry. Arnold is a member of the Wits University Foundation's Board of Governors and chairman of its Investment and Finance Committee.

Ayesha was appointed as senior financial manager of the Johannesburg Housing Company in 1998. In 2009, she was appointed as the chief financial officer of the Johannesburg Housing Company and held that position until she retired in February 2015. She was previously an accountant at the Joint Education Trust. Ayesha is an independent non-executive director of Indluplace Properties Limited.
